Role Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the community remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained by diagnosing and repairing a wide range of building and apartment systems. You provide timely, high‑quality service to residents, support preventative maintenance programs, and help preserve the property’s physical assets through consistent care and attention. Diagnose, repair, and resolve maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, appliances, flooring, stairs, railings, and other building components. Correct unsafe conditions such as broken lights, damaged gates, open holes, or other hazards, ensuring issues are
